Refund Policies

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

To start a return, email us at support@theprimeshelf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
