Refund Policies

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized/customized items

3. Refund Process

  • To start a return, email us at support@theprimeshelf.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • After we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
